ive only done a couple WU so far and the average fram time has been about 7 minutes. just started a new one and the frame times are like 45 minutes. am i having some kind of problem or are some just alot bigger then others ?

What is the name of the protien you are folding?

What process are you running?

Are you running any other applications now that might take some CPU cycles?

What kind of processing power do you have behind that? Frames need to be under 43 mins to make the 3 day limit....

Sounds like you need to find out what's hogging the cpu. If you're running something else (Games, whatever) FAH will take a back seat and it will show a longer frame time until you close whatever it is that is running. If there is nothing else running you may need to reboot.

system is a celeron 700@784 or so..

i was averaging 7 minute frames on the last WU...

You should have no problem folding with a 700mhz. it will run slow when you are doing other stuff. When it just folding it should do just fine. Some protiens fold faster than others.
