Is one better at cooling? I understand that the full-sized has more room, but does that mean it will cool as well, if i have the same amount of fans in?

Nope, More space means it needs more fans or less fans with more cfms. It all amounts to how much space you need for your parts.
having the space of a full size makes things a little bit easier to work with. however, the size of a case doesn't affect the cooling. the number of fans, size of fans, and the airflow going through your case will affect cooling the most

Alright, good to know that. Thanks. Oh, and how many fans do you think i can fit in a mid-tower case?

Yes, I do.
well if you mod it you can fit as many fans as you want ;) . if i were you, i would get a case with a 120mm fan in the front and back. you can find a list of cases with 120mm holes on the front and back here (http://forums.silentpcreview.com/viewtopic.php?t=3606)

Whether the case is full or mid, get something at least 19" deep (front to back) or some mobos won't clear the 5.25" optical drives.
