Dual Peltier Cooler design...comments, suggestions?

Here's my idea for a dual peltier water cooled system...think it would work? The bottom heatsink is one of the radiator ones with a central core and fins coming horizontally off it. Normally a fan blows sideways through it. The water tank that will be supplying the water will be dual peltier cooled, with HSFs running outside the case on their hot side, and a HS inside the water tank on each of their cold sides. Think I'll need antifreeze? :D

To get the flow rate you need to cool the pelt near the CPU, the water will be flowing to fast to be cooled by the second pelt. Also good thermal grease will transmit more heat than a thermal epoxy. Epoxies are better left to permanently attatching a HS to a chip.
