I have this problem: when I ordered my new computer I wasn't a member here yet, and I didn't know that the Super Orb isn't one of the best HSs and when I understood that it was too late to reorder, now I want to replace it, and to get it off I have to use lots of pressure on the clip, but I'm afraid of breaking the core of the CPU, I called the store where I bought the comp, and they said if I brake the core the warranty voids and the CPUs are expensive here in Isreal. So I wonder how to remove this HSF from the CPU w/o damaging it...

If you've never done it before and are really worried you should just take it down to the store and ask them to remove it...it would still void your warrantee if they broke it, but at least they've probably done it many times before.

find out tho that if they break it would they replace it seeing as it'd be their fault.
