O/Cing Question

I have an ATI card as u can see in the sig, I overclocked it to: core @ 105MHz and the memory @ 120MHz the defaults on both were 90MHz now I get artifacts, I have memsinks and a heatsink fan from P-166 on the GPU and one old 40mm fan blowing air on back of the GPU, I wonder if it is too much for this old card?

Any artifacting or image distortion is indicative of stressed components. You'll need to back off the mhz until the distortions disappear.

you have a higher overclock, so reduce your overclocking.
Maybe you need the same value(Mhz) for mem and gpu because of sync(between gpu and mem) problems
