Weird NT problem, Heeeelp!

I have a NT4 server that once it boots after sitting for a few minutes it goes to shut down automatically leaving you at the "Its now safe to shut down your computer" prompt. I've never seen this, anyone have a clue?

I get the feeling that there is a service that is causing this in your case.

What do your application and service logs show? Also take a look at your security logs, there's a chance that there may be a virus plant that is causing this.

Have you installed any hardware/software recently and what service pack are you running?
