need extra pci card, whats better?

ati 9200 or nvidia 5200?

i just need a decent pci card. both have 256mb ddr and 128 bit busses.
newegg has refurbs for $55- $79 so i dont think its a bad price when one is needed.

yeh would run a second crt. i never know what config ill be useing day to day so a second pci comes in handy.

atm im useing a 4mb cirrus so im lacking alot or resolutions i could be useing.

wont be a gaming card for sure so just something decent.
is the 9200 a 8500 copy? i think it was and i know the 5200 will do dx9 correct?
