Access database, without access?

anyone know of software to read encrypted access databases with group permissions set, without having access installed?

Ive used MDB view before when i was doing some recovery. It does work but im not sure under the conditions you want. You will need the pass for the .mdb and it really depends on the file. Its been a while since ive messed with access programing but I seem to remember if the file has been converted and encrypted its pretty hard to get into. There is some stuff for stripping the pass but I think a lot depends on how the file is coded.
