Hi guys,
This is probably the wrong place to place this, but i dont know where else to post. Anyway my question is regarding danger den customer service.

I was wondering what experiences people have had with their customer service. I ordered a waterblock from them on sunday, recieved confirmation on monday and then have not heard from them since ( even though i have already sent them 2 emails about my order ). I am considering cancelling my order due to the lack of response.

thanks

Don't cancel that order. Dangerden has one of the best customer support centers of any shop I have ordered from. There probably just a little backed up right now. I emailed them a bunch about changes in my order and they responded very quickly. I know of no one who has had a bad experience with these guys. By the way welcome to the forums yishuen.

I agree, just be patient. I had the same thing happen to me last week. They're very backed up right now, but they'll let you know as soon as they ship your order and it will be well worth the wait.

And welcome to the forums.

DD has great products, and becuase of this, alot of people want there stuff. Unfortunatly, as a side-effect, there shipping process takes a big hit. It always takes me about 2 weeks to get anything from them, even if i order 2 day shipping. Just be patient... it'll come.

Has anyone here had any experience with DD outside of the US? If so what sort of delivery times did you get?

Does anyone know if they are still really backed up?

They were closed for the 4th of July holiday, I think they just got back into things the 8th...so I'm sure they're pretty backed up right now. From what I hear, they're one of the best when it comes to service and caring about the customer.

I had good service from those guys. They sent me a leaky gpu waterblock, and when I told them about it they sent me a new one the next day before I even had a chance to send the leaky one back.

Makes me feel better. I order a block from there nearly 2 months ago and it hasnt arrived yet :(, I'm just hoping the delay is because A) It takes about a month for USPS orders to get here, and B) They were backed up to start with so it took a while for the order to be dispatched.

Does anyone know if they send a confirmation when the order is shipped? I hjave recieved the order recieved email but nothing else.
