Very good news. It has been a long time coming.
I'm glad you went ahead and tried out a new set of sticks (you don't think they just switched heatspreaders on you, do you :) ). Now you just need to get your hands on a DDR Booster and let those babies fly!!!

I believe (hope?) that there is a misunderstanding about the DDR Booster and the NF7. From additional information that I've seen people post, what OCZ calls DIMM 3 and what Abit calls DIMM 3 are not the same. I think that the latest is that you can run in dual-channel mode because the Booster will go in the second of the two slots that are together, not in the single slot. Just wait a little bit and I'm sure this confusion will be cleared up.

opps i meant 215 in bios and 216 in windows at 2-2-2-11
but i dont have a good bios installed im still using the one i got from ex.pc
and i would guess the bios they have on it is one of the abit ones so i prob could get more out of them with a cpc diabled bios :)
i got a 400 point increase in aquamark from 181 x 13.5 @2.44
with whats in my sig now

With 512MB sticks and the NF7 it becomes a trade off between the higher fsb CPC disabled, or the lower fsb but CPC enabled, unless of course, you get one of the real stellar boards that runs up there in the 240+ range.
You just have to try them out and run benchies until you find the best configuration for your rig. It is sure not one of those "one size fits all" kind of things.

mine hits a wall at ~215 (cpc on). cpc off makes no difference in mem bandwidth :/... unless running higher fsb increases cpu performance at all (ie. at same speed, just higher fsb).
is 216 ur wall spydeymon?

So i used d23 subzero bios and im stable at 220 x11 i was able to boot up to 230 but mem wasnt stable it needs more volts so my mobo can handle 230 prob 240 if im lucky but i dont know how im gonna get 3.3v to ram :) to hit 240 i just hope that ddr booster doesnt stop duel chan for my board aiting till some people try this on a nf7 :)

yea on the OCZ site it says for NF7's you need to put the booster in DIMM Slot 3 which is the one that's separated from the other two, which is the slot that the NF7 manual says you should put your first ram stick in and then ur second would go in DIMM 2. So i guess you'd move ur RAM to slots 1 and 2 and then put the booster in the individual slot (DIMM 3)??? i want this cleared up too :D

Sorry, but we mean the 3rd slot, the one closes to the edge of the board. You have to use it, as installing in DIMM 1 or DIMM 2 would block off the other Dimm Slot. Using it in 3 will not block 1 and 2, but using it in slot 2 would block slot 3 and make slot 2 unusable.
my DDR booster should be @ my front door as i type (@ work now). ill test it out this weekend.
