250w PSU

I busted my celeron so i'm gonna Duron it. 750mhz

Is a crappy 250w gonna be able to work for it?

My Slot a runs on 250w.

yah for sure....i gota 250watt PRO-POWER and i gota 1ghz@1.33ghz in this puppy and running good any higher adn i hit unstablity and no boot for wnidows.... u should be fine up to 1ghz OC unless u got some major cooling running off the psu hehe :)

You should be alright, I've had DURON 600's to 1100MHz with a lot of peripherials on a 250W psu. Although I've since gone to 300W in most of them and am starting to think higher.

Well you SHOULD be fine, but I would always go for higher then I need, because that way you

A) Feel safer
B) If something goes wrong, you will have one more thing to check off on your list that DIDNT cause the problem!

I'd recommend going with a 300Watt PSU..I'd like keeping in mind I have the extra power to go higher.....
