I have a new 74gig Raptor drive coming and I'm not quite sure how to configure the SATA controller in the BIOS. Maybe someone can shed some light on the situation for me. This is how my drive configuration will be:

Primary Master: 40gig WD, 7200rpm drive
Secondary Master: Lite-on 52x32x52 CD-RW
Secondary Slave: Lite-on 166S DVD-ROM
SATA1: WD 74gig Raptor

I will be booting off the Raptor. The 40gig WD is only used for backup purposes (Ghost images of the Raptor). My confusion comes from the options in the "Integrated Peripherals" section of the bios. I have 4 options for the SATA controller, AUTO, Combined Mode, Enhanced Mode, and SATA Only.

Which should I pick? Its not entirely clear which will provide the optimum performance while still allowing my PATA drives to function. I'm thinking Enhanced mode is what I want. I looked over the manual and didn't find anything definitive.

Thanks!
