There is no rule to Vcores when it comes to that, it basicly is a dependency of your airflow cooling and the actual CPU HSF combo. So... if at a Vcore of 1.9 you are still at 30C-full load go ahead and raise the voltage to as much as you feel necessary for your overclocking needs. (this is highly uncommon but a good illistration) Some mobos will limit you to a Vcore max of 1.85, this isn't extremely high but be very carefull because with no cooling it will burn your chip in 1/1000 the time it takes to you yell out "Intel sucks."

LOL hehe....well right now Asus Probe is telling me 57c/134F
and my mobo is 40c/104F if i put my cpu on the floor neer my window i could probly drop my cpu temp 10c becuase its very cool outside...this is under FULL Load Folding@home non stop for about 3hours now...i got arctic silverII also...i dident test it with out it....so i dont know how much of a differnce it made hehe...is 57C too high? i got Volcano II by thermaltake
1Ghz@1.33Ghz right now
As you probably know the ASUS Probe is known to report temps as much as 10C higher than actual. That being said, 57C on an ASUS board doesn't sound too bad, I have that board and try to keep my temps below the upper 50's. From what I've seen, once the temps get too far out of line you will begin to have stability problems. If you get to this point, back down a bit and you should be fine. AMD says these CPU's are good to 90C.
Once you have achieved a stable speed, I'd monitor the temps as reported by the ASUS Probe and be concerned with any unexplained increase rather than the temps as reported.
As far as the voltage, if the temps are not an issue, increase it to where you get stable. I've run these CPU's at the motherboard maximum of 1.85 (reported as 1.92V) with no problems.
Make sure that you have adequate cooling.
Good Luck!

thx.....well now my heat sink is cool enough to touch and hold fingers there for a bit its not scorching how anymore...i would think of the temp being in the low to mid 40s and its allready pumping out extra 33% overclock...i will try to get 1450Mhz tommrow with 1.85v whats disipointing i got into windows with 150FSB and it was like lagged and i lost myburner....soon as i lowered it to 140fsb my burner was detected again...and it was running faster...seems odd...my ram must have been overheating and the chipset also ............ i have just found out that my bros 650 has crushed core  and it was running at 200mhz overclock for about 1 year with this crushed corners 2...i kinda made a mess with the arctic silver i gota do some hardcore cleaning job now hehe... got a tad on the ceramic part of the chip

I have run my little 1 gigger up to 2.05 with air cooling. If your cooling is fine, you can take it up higher than 1.85.

:D Ran my slot t-brids core at 2.00 for awhile no problems, seems to me the birds can take it.
