Higher temp higher resistance or the lower temp higher resistance. Does anyone know the temperature range a 10 kohm thermistor measures?

they mesuare resistance.
Heat is the cause of resistance (thats why cooling helps)
so more heat = more resistance
hope that helps

Actually there are both kinds of resistors. They are called NPC and PTC. Negative and positive. Other increases its resistance and other decreases its resistance when in more heat.

The heat/resistance rate is usually (read: allways) rather flat so U usually need another resistor to "fit" the resistance range.

they work poorly, haha.,
