I run all my CH-5 at 3.2v, these don't get very warm compared to BH-5, I never bothered with a fan for a couple of months. Now I just have a 80mm case fan over them at 5v for piece of mind. The Corsair CH-5 I have will do 237mhz at 2-3-2-6, for over 12hours memtest before I stopped the test.
You need the extra voltage on these to get them going, dropping the voltage under 3.2v I found it causes them to error out.
The spec sheet says 3.6v absolute voltage, not sure if thats CH-5 included but thats what the general consenous is.
