CPU temps

I have a P4P800 and when I disable hyperthreading the CPU idle temp goes up about 10C and load temp is 2C higher. Strange, I thought it would have been the other way around.

Anyone know why?

There was a long thread about this posted maybe 2 weeks ago. I can't seem to remember which thread it is though. Basically, that's normal, I've heard several theories on why a P4 will get hotter with HT off, but I don't recall a definite reason.
