Definately 100% T Bird, better overclkockers, faster, newer, ect. ect.

get a 1.0GHz tbird 266MHz. they are cheap, and overclock really well.

Some of the Durons are capable of doubling their clock speed, I believe that the 600's can make 1200 mhz sometimes with voltage increases and as such are probably one of the best overclockers.
The Durons are an awesome budget CPU and I run one myself. However I would suggest a 1 ghz Athlon as these are great value for money and usually good overclockers.
Its worth remembering that CPU prices are always falling and as such I would suggest not getting the latest and greatest, and simply spending the majority of the money available for your upgrade on a top class mobo and cooler which will benifit you greatly at a later date.
