Help!!!

I OC'ed my Radeon 9600xt and after a reboot it goes to windows, loads up all my startup programs but my screen goes to standby afterwards...

Any Ideas how I can set my clock speeds back to default? I can't use RadLinker or AsusSmartDoctor in safe mode. :(
