Help Needed - Attaching Computer To TV

I now have a hercules 3d prophet 4500 with tv out. I have attached it to my sony wega tv which is 100hz. The output from the graphics card via svideo is only 60hz. This causes the desktop view to be blurry, games and films look fine - how do I overcome this? HELP

well.....u can buy a computer --> tv box...but that wastes the vivo feature....some good boxes let u use 85hz at 1024x768
