How accurate is cpu-z? I've got my bios set to 2.3.3.7 but cpu-z shows 2.5.3.3.7
Does same at stock 400 speed.
I've got the latest bios for my board.
Am I missing something?

I wouldn't worry about it. Cas 2 is no faster than cas 2.5 on an Intel setup. But if your not sure about the timings you can check with sisoft sandra, Adia 32 or CTIAW

That happened to me as well when I tried running my Hynix D43's at low latency. I ran the 3:2 divider @ 200 FSB in the BIOS, and mem to 2-2-2 timings, then I wanted to go into windows and use ClockGen to see how high my RAM can go at 2-2-2 timings, but then CPU-Z showed 2.5-3-3 for some reason.

Ok. I'm thinking cpu-z is just reading the default spd setting on the stick. because in sandra and aida32 it shows cl 2.5 for 217mhz and up and 2.0@400. when I do a memory test in sandra I get 40 points more when set at 2.3.3.7 compared to 2.5.3.3.7.
