Just wondering if anyone has played it. I searched a while back and then again just now and was surprized to see, no threads on it.

I thought the visuals were killer. Better then absolutly any console game or QIIIa game and rivaling most PC games except Far Cry and very recent games(even at standard TV res). It was mostly normal mapped, which is why it looks so good.

Game play is fun and intersting. Although, the difficulty is too easy and there is only 1 setting. Hand to hand combat is okay. Making a gaurd stick a shoot gun in his mouth and pulling the trigger is cool, but all in all its pretty basic combat. The stealth action is very cool as is the night vision. When you have a gun the FPS action is exellent.

The story is decent, voice acting is good and the cut scenes are done well.

I'd say other then the difficulty, it was a great game. If you aren't a fan of Vin Disel (sp?) don't let it deture you.

ps rent it, its about Max Payne 2 length and you can easily beat it within 3 days rental time.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of console games, and even less of a FPS console game fan. But this game made me a believer. The graphics are damn good, the closest thing to Doom 3 we'll see till well, Doom 3. Story drove me to constantly play this game, which is rare for me to bother beating an entire game. One thing I wish though if there was more weapon usage. More than half the game, your running around breaking guys necks and or stabbing them, or blowing their own brains out with their own gun. :) I really thoguth this game was gonna suck, but it was the total opposite.

I hope they make a sequel to this game that'll be longer.

I rented COR but got stuck at the very beginning. After a couple minutes of running around the same area and not finding an exit, we ejected it and put in the other rental, Ninja Gaiden. Ended up playing Ninja Gaiden for the rest of the week and COR never found it's way back into the xbox. I guess COR deserves another look since I never really put it thru the paces.

lol, I do that with stealth games and RPGs sometimes. Sometimes you just want instant action.

Its definitly worth a rental. I don't see a need to buy it, unless someone REALLY likes it, but its fun to play through. There are some RPG elements to it that can be done or bypassed and like N1vek215 said, the story ain't bad.

ps N1vek215 I agree it would have been more fun if you had guns more often. It was definitly a better shooter then it was a first person melee game.
