Strange file deleting error

In the proccess of making my slipstreamed version of windows xp, i noticed something quite odd. I was making a large version, for my comptuer, and a small one, for my other one with a small hdd. So i deleted a file outta the iso i had assembled, and replaced with with a empty text file called Office2003.exe. Well i whent to delete the Office2003.exe i made and it wont let me delete it lol. Anyone know how to get rid of this file?

1. On your desktop right click, go to new, then select New Text Document
2. Rename it as Office2003.exe
3. click off to the side and try to delete it

Any help, i told my friend to do that and he cant delete it lol

I'm not sure about your results, but it doesn't work the same way for everyone. I cannot replicate your results using various Office filenames.

You will likely have to delete it through DOS.
