which memory should i get for my OC

I want to OC a 3.0C @ 3.4 and run it 1:1 (is that the best?).

Anyway I have a Abit IS7 MB. I want 512 MB total. Which one is good enough so I can OCed to 3.4? Thanks.

a 3.0c should be able to do 3.6ghz with some ease but i would suggest some ddr500 either get 2x256mb or get one 512mb then get another later on for dual channle goodness
