I guess they are just not updating as often as they should. It takes a while, but when they do, you should have a pretty good number, and have moved up from the bottom a lot. :)

Definately took about 3 days to get my name on the list. But once it was there they seemed to update a lot more often

Does this thing count number of frames or packets? I have a small progress bar and a large progress bar. Which one keeps the tally. I have not finished a complete large bar at the bottom yet.

Look in your fah folder for a file called scrlog.txt, open it in notepad and look at it. scroll down and see if it says you have finished 100 frames. It should look like this.

Finished a frame (97)
Finished a frame (98)
Finished a frame (99)
Finished a frame (100)

Finished a frame (1)
Finished a frame (2)

That is what it looks like after it finishes 100 frames and sends the work and gets more.
Enable the "show F@H" in your EM under the "window" button on top and you can see what the actual client is doing.

as far as what the server keeps track of though.. Does it count frames or does it count 100 frames as 1 when it uploads it back?

I am trying to gauge my rate here. When people say I did 100000 today.. Are they counting frames or frames / 100?

The way I understand it; you get 1 wu credit for every 100000 steps completed. So if a protein says "dynamic steps required: 500000", then you get 5 wu's credit when it is uploaded.
Someone please correct me if that's not accurate.
