Does any body know a video player that let me view video file like XViD, DiVX, dvd,vcd,etc.. in transparency. I need this because I want to watch video while surfing web, or do word processing at the same time. Thanks.

glass2k will let you make anything transparent - including mediaplayer. ;)

I use it with mediaplayer9 - you can minimize MP to the toolbar so its like built in, and then you can open a small visualization window to watch movies or just the music visualizations. I use glass2k to make that small window semi transparent.
