Has anyone ever tried to spraypaint cdrom, disk etc chrome color?

Has anyone tried this. I would like to spraypaint my cdrom piece, disk drive piece to be chrome colored to match the buttons on my Lian LI PC-12 case. What kind of spray paint is best? Does this stuff rub off on your hands at all?

I painted both of my cdrom and hp-cdr chrome and it looks great. The paint I used is made by Krylon called Original Chrome part #1010. You can get it at Wal-Mart. I've tried other chrome paints and this is the shiniest one I've found. All the other model paints that are so called chrome are just plain silver. Also, before painting your drives, try it on a test piece of plastic or old cd-rom drive to see if you like it. :cool:
