For what? Ideal temperture for computing - as cool as you can get it.

that all depends on what processer you have and how much voltage you have crammed into it,

generally i like to keep my systems within about 10 degres of the room temp, under normal load, around 30C is good for me

I have a celeron 900 and at idle is at 38c .

Is this too hot? it is not overclocked at all.
