labtop vid card

i got this labtop for gift
asus 8400
p3 800 128mb 10gig dvd
s3d savagemx w/mv
when i play starcraft,quake2,3,counterstrike im getting too many jiggles
are there prog that let u control graphic card's anti aliasing?
also can i overclock my cpu?

You might be able to tweak some graphics settings with NVmax or Powerstrip, both available here (http://speshalk.dyndns.org:1812/programs/).

Dunno about getting much form the CPU without generating too much extra heat (also won't be able to raise your voltages), but softfsb (also available for download) should work if your motherboard's supported.
