Is the Thermoengine enough?

Hi, Do you think the Thermoengine with a YS Tech 26cfm fan would be enough to cool a Tbird 1.4ghz?

Yeah it should be just fine, mainly because of the HS though. but overall, you shouldnt have any problems.
