I just upgraded from my P4T-E to P4P800SE (RDRAM to DDR) and i have a Northwood 2.4 ghz processor with 400mhz fsb.

The only choice it gives me in bios is 266Mhz for the ram (even though I bought Corsair PC3200/DDR400). I was looking at the manual and it also says that 400mhz fsb p4's the ram = 266Mhz. I was wondering if there was any way to run the RAM higher than 266 even though I have an "old" P4 400 fsb. SOrry for the rambling, been working on this a while.
Thanks for your help guys.

Well, did some benches, and my dual channel ddr400 running at ddr266 is slightly faster than the PC800 RDRAM i had in my sytem before, so as long as it is = to or faster than before I guess its ok. Of course if i OC'd my fsb to 133 i could always clock the ram at 333 ;)
