Well, first off it will say Winbond BH-5 on the chip ;)
Why do you have Hynix in the subject box? Are wondering which is better? Well I'll give you my .02: 1) BH-5 requires a disgusting amount of vdimm to reach its top overclock, which is also disgusting. The ram overclocks to a very high speed at low timing. 2) Hynix requires lower voltage, but the chances that you'll find the right chip (BT D43) are pretty slim right now. I have some bargain basement got it for free from HP ram and I have overclocked it quite a bit ( 166 fsb to 230 using pc2700 :attn: ) So really it depends on what you want. BH-5 is great, but you'll need ramsinks and air cooling and possibly the new ddr booster from OCZ to reach it's limit, so it's your choice.
