I'm running an SK-6 on my A7A 266. Plenty of room for it. You should'nt have any problems at all.

The SK-6 is well designed - and I haven't seen a motherboard that it won't fit on. There are probably some out there - just I haven't seen one yet.

Make sure that you mount it properly - that it doesn't get hung up on the top of the socket - where the lip is.

Use good thermal grease - such as Artic Silver II, in a thin layer on the core.
