Currently have a MCW 5000A, Thermochill 120.2 w/4 120mm fans, D4 Pump. System is running 3/8 ID. Moving my platform from socket A to AMD64.

Should i move over to 1/2" ID?

And should i buy the change over kit for the wb for 25 or buy a new wb for 50?

3/8 ID should be fine, you have good components, switching to 1/2"ID will not significantly improve temps... I would go for a new block, the MCW6000 for your setup. Should do 2-3C better than the 5000A.
