I got a gig of Corsair XMS 3200 C2 running dual channel. I see sigs where people run it at 2.5-3-3-8. Thats what mine came like stock. Then people told me that 2.5-3-3-11 is better for me. So which is it?

Try them both, but for some reason setting the last # to something higher like 11 increases memory bandwidth.
