Hadn't found much solution to this problem, but I've found that others here have such a problem, but no real solution.

I have a client that has a D-Link Wireless 802.11g AirSpeed router, and experiences the "hiccups", with disconnect/reconnect every minute and a half. I haven't found much to permanently fix the problem, only to fix it for a few days.

DLink did have the client turn off the AirSpeed feature, which would effectively double the 802.11g speeds to 108 MBps. Turning it off sets it at 54 MBps. This helped, but the problem still persists two days later.

Drivers were attempted to be updated, and DLink will be asked if any sort of firmware update or additional updates would be available or useful.

dlink drivers leave much to be desired, they are very sub par compared to linksys. i gave my dlink router and wireless cards away for free i was so sick of those disconnect and reconnect problems.

Mine works fine most of the time. My network like a two part setup. I got 2 systems hooked up to the router via wire. Then I got one comp with a wifi card that acts as my wifi bridge. It picks up the signal then spits it out on another wired network. The second is just a switch, not router btw.

I noticed sometimes the bridge comp loses the ability to browse the net and "talk" with the systems connected to the router. But it can connect with the wired network its on. Its also an Dlink 108mbps setup.

The only way I can get it to work is unplung and plugin in the router power or disable and reenable the adapter...
