Norton Speed Disk (2001) with Win2K SP2

Anyone try to run this task yet? I've gotten all possible updates for Norton Utilities and yet when I try to run the speed disk application, I receive a warning prompt saying that Speed Disk has not been tested on Win2K SP2... I would hate to screw up my system now that its OC'd and working great! Is it safe to proceed? I would like to defrag my disk so I can use ghost to back up my system. Or, better yet, is there a way to use speed disk in DOS? Apparently, thats the only way to use Ghost on Win2K - in DOS, so maybe Speed Disk in DOS is safer?

I have had no problems on my system. I upgraded to sp2 a month or so ago and on my system has speeddisk is setup on a schedule and I have had no problems yet.
