Athlon XP-M O/Cing RAM

What would be a good choice for ram for O/Cing an Athlon XP-M 2600+. I have an NF7-S v2 that can reach an FSB of around 230-240. I want to get 512mb of ram at around $100. Would I be better off just getting some cheap pc-3700 or overclocking some pc-3200? I'd like to run the ram at 1:1 with the cpu.

I was looking at the Buffalo pc3700 at Newegg, but it's out of stock now...
