If you have the cpu-z window active and press alt-printscreen, then open up mspaint and press ctrl-v, you will have the screenshot of just the cpu-z program. If you just hit printscreen you will get the whole screen. Save the file as a gif file and you got your shot.

Uhh, you aren't shouting are you, typing in all caps? ;)

That doesn't look bad. You should put your system's stats in your sig so we can know what to make of your rig.

sorry mods if this is wrong place ...but how do i do that? edit profile?

Ok, first click on the profile tab at the top of the page. It is next to the home tab. On the left you will see some options. The top one is edit signature. Click on it and put in your stats. Be thorough. When you are done save the changes and go back to your profile, and select edit options which is the fourth one down on the control panel. Make sure that you check the "show signatures" checkbox in the thread display options box. When you post your reply to my message, make sure you scroll down and make sure the "show your signature" checkbox is checked.

Now get to work. :p
