I need RAM today !!

I need to buy my ram asap.
I have an NF7-S and a 2500-m AQYHA
I was looking at these mushkin (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-146-287R&type=Refurbish) and was wondering how well they (BH-6) would run in my board.
I dont plan on ramping up my voltages too much so any suggestion of ram in that respect is appreciated.
I am looking for decent fsb ~220 and 2.5 to 2 like timings.
Maybe I should consider handpicking my d43s at BB via KVR.
I noticed alot of XMS corsair stix with tight timings.

I will be looking at either 512 or 2x256.
Please let me know what my best option is...thanks

If you're not going to be pushing the FSB real high, I'd go for some tight timing BH-5 or BH-6 type memory. You're not going to get good timings at all with d43, and it's going to kill your memory bandwidth. 3-4-4 on an nForce2 is not pretty. :/

What about all the loads of XMS and OCZ stix with tight timings.
I saw MANY XMS stix with 2-2-3 and even 2-2-2, all for less than $150 and in a single 512mb stick.
please advise....
