Nvida Bios

I was just at the-ctrl-alt-del.com and saw that they had Nvidia BiOS's to download. But at the NVIDIA site there aren't there. Has anyone tried to update the bios on the Vid CArds and what type of performace gain or lose did you see. I have a Geforce2 Pro I bought a long time ago and never updated the BIOS I have no idea what BIOS revision I have. Any help will be great.

One other thing I should mention is...Make sure you're processor isn't overclocked before attempting to flash your card, or VGABIOS and NVFLASH will probably not work. It's a good idea to also make sure your videocard isn't overclocked (everything at default speeds).
