HOW do i flash my bios????

How do i flash my bios??? I have a p4p800 Deluxe mobo. I installed the updater off internet but then what do i do... that updater doesnt let me flash the mobo so how do i do it....

do not update using internet update, download the bios file first, unzip it then use the updater to update... choose update from file
