Where can I get Copper Plate?

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can buy copper plate/block? They must be able to ship to canada. I have tried the local metal dealer, and they dont work with anything like that. Nor does the local welding shop. And, none of the local scrap yards allow people in.

Any help please?
