http://www.svcompucycle.com has a cooler called the SVC Golden Gate with a 27cfm fan that is around $20. It got my celey to 1ghz.
Get one of the Golden gate heatsinks from Svcompucycle.com. They are excelent coolers and the price is very reasonable.

I believe that the Silver Mountain doesn't bench too well, at least with Socket A CPU's. As the SK-6 is designed for Socket A use, I just don't know how that effects its use as a Socket 370 HSF. Sheesh. Why not buy a GlobalWin FOP-38 if they're still available in the UK?

i have a FOP-38, i am not impressed with is, even with a 80mm delta 68cfm fan on it
