has anyone used a ECS k7vza M/B ?

I am trying to get a 2nd duron 800ish computer system going and this seems like a decent low priced M/B.

anyone have any experience with it please ?

also if anyone knows of a decent low budget board that is good for overclocking please feel free to offer another choice.
