is this config possible?

I got an Asus P4P800-dlx with intel p4 and Mushkin PC3200 lvl 2 BH-5 and I use 2X256 for dual channel. I want to add 2X512mb into the 2 other slots with Muskin pc3200 BH-6 .
-First, will dual channel work.
-Second, are the 2 memories batch compatible.

It should work fine. You may need to add some chipset voltage (vagp in the bois) to make it stable because the added memory strains the memory controller
