what is the limit do you guys think i can push my mobo and cpu, with the cooler master fan.
i am running at 1.4 at the moment with 140*10 and the temperature is 40 C after running 3D mark 2001, and drop to 29 after finish, with Hmonitor.
will it run stable if i push it to 11? or will it be a better idea to increase the FSB?
any help would be appreciate.

wow those are low temps. i would slowly raise the fsb up to like 150, if its stable put the multiplyer to 11 and fsb to 133 and slowy raise the fsb once again. this is just how i would oc, its really up to you though it doesn't matter if you raise the multiplyer or fsb or both, its up to you.

those are good temps, with those temps try to up the votage a little to get it stabel again but watch temp more voltage is more heat

Well the 8K7A is a great board, and it has the option to get over 1.85V. I'm running @1.95 right now, and I would go higher if me damn PSU could handle it, but it can't.
Anyway with the temps you are at, I think you should up the Vcore a little more and see if you can't get that T-Bird a little higher! ;)
If you don't know how the get more than 1.85V, take a look at page 3-7 in your manual, there you can see how it's done.

no... that is not good. You're cooling is not good enough to lower the temp it seems. You should lower you're Vcore a little bit.

Dont feel alone My pc starts then reboots starts reboots starts reboots I dont know what the prob is. Im going back to air cooling cuz my temps were only 2-3* cooler with water than with the mc462/w a rheostat And less clutter in the case.

maybe it can't handle a cold boot at your selected fsb/multiplier.

I just threw the mc 462 on and it booted up fine I'm really confused now the aircooler is 5* cooler than the water cooler air 33/40 water was 38/42
