Stalagtites on my heater radiator

I came in to work today and noticed there was a wax like build up where the hose connects to the motorcycle oil cooler. Does anyone know what this stuff is? The only additive I had used was watter wetter, and this wax looking stuff is that color pink.

WW is known to produce a kind of residue.. How long has it been running ?

about a month to a month and a half. Can this stuff build up in the block? It looks like big pink boogers.

Did you flush the rad before you started using it?
