Hey Guys...
I am running twin sticks of 512MB of standard, Crucial DDR400 with my Athlon 64 3000+ / Aopen AK86-L mobo running at stock. Now, I really don't delve into overclocking memory that much, but I do not want my memory to hold me back from any potential overclocking I might do. These standard sticks are running at 3-3-3-8, and I know that Crucial has come out with the Ballistix series that run at 2-2-2-6 at default.
Now, main question is would there be a noticable increase in performance running at default speeds between the two modules, or (and secondary question), would the potential benefits just be with any overclocking I may involve myself with.
