Roxio ECDC 5.0 Platinum with Win2K

Has anyone had any luck with this one as well? I've tried everything I could think of and the problem isn't due to "buffer underrun" either. Apparently, I keep getting some error that isn't supported in the help section and I'm fresh out of ideas. I have 5.01, 5.01s and 5.02b patches. Damn, Win2K is tough to deal with!

I think it may be take 2 causing your problem. I do not use easy cd creator because it gave me problems on win98. Many people are having troble with win2k and ecdc 5 and many of those have traqced it to take 2

The Maddman is correct and the problems are documented in the support pages of Easy CD 5 at Roxio website

Yup, that took care of it! Burning CD's no problem. Take Two sucks anyway, as I use Norton Ghost to back up my system on CDR and its faster!

Although yer problem is solved, I thought I'd mention I run platinum on about 5 machines and they all work nicely. I dont even leave my system untouched while it burns anymore, I do everything short of playing games while its writing disks.
