Annoying buzzing in Audio on Proc. load

Whenever the processor, or maybe it's the hard drive, is under load, the audio gets this tiny static noise. I had it once on this 1ghz AMD, but now it's on my 2.8C Asus P4P800-VM. What's up with that?
 
Onboard sound runs through the south bridge. As does the PCI bus (which is what the hard drives use). I have never heard of this problem on a P4P800, but on nforce2 boards the problem is solved by cooling the south bridge.

So basically put a small heatsink on your south bridge and see if it helps.
